Good morning,   The chiller will be having it's annual maintenance performed on January 25th. Please plan on the chiller being turned off during this time. If you rent your unit, please make sure that your tenant is made aware of this. If you are needing to have any maintenance performed to your individual AC unit, this would be the best time to do so.   The maintenance will begin around 7 AM. Owners:   The Monterra Scottsdale Board of Directors have scheduled their next meeting to be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the community clubhouse.  Please see attached information for the meeting.  

The next Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 2nd, at 6 PM at the clubhouse.

Good morning, All lock boxes need to be placed in the designated area on the north side of the property catty corner to the mailboxes (picture attached). Good evening, On Tuesday, April 26th, the chiller will need to be shut off in order to allow a homeowner to have their AC unit replaced. It will be turned off from 6 AM to approximately 2 PM, depending on how quickly the work can be completed. We are hoping for a seamless install and that the chiller will be up and running before the temperature heats up. With the chiller shut off, you will be unable to cool your unit as you normally would. If you are worried about your unit being too hot, we recommend that you make arrangements to be out of your unit during this time and to make plans for any pets so that they can stay safe from the heat. If you rent your unit, please be sure to  let your tenant know about this shut off. We apologize for the inconvenience but appreciate your patience to allow for the AC unit to be installed before we hit really high temperatures. Please reach out to our office with any questions. Good morning, We apologize for the confusion surrounding the Annual Meeting. The notice sent this week did not meet the statute requirements of a 10 day minimal notice so the annual meeting will be postponed until May 11, 2022 at 6 PM at the clubhouse. The Board of Directors will still hold their monthly meeting on April 13th and notice for that meeting will be sent at a later time with additional information. In preparation for the Annual Meeting that will now take place in May, we ask that those who are interested in serving on the Board complete and return the attached nomination form. The scheduled Board of Directors meeting on April 1st has been postponed due to COVID-19. A notice will be sent out when the meeting is rescheduled. 

All Christmas lights and decor needs to be taken down no later than January 15th. After January 15th violation notices will be issued to units that still have their decor up.
