Monterra Scottsdale Residences

There will be a Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, December 11th, 2019 at 6PM. It will be held at the community clubhouse. Please see attached agenda. 

ATTENTION RESIDENTS We will be painting your building this week beginning Wednesday August 14, 2019. The process includes power-washing and masking parts of the building. It will take about a week, weather permitting. We will tape up windows and doorways when we are close to painting. Feel free to break the masking if you need to, we will check it and fix it before we paint. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please clear all items from your exterior walls and patios so that they will not be damaged. FOR RESIDENTS ON THE SECOND FLOOR: We will be painting the wood floors. Please remove all items so that we can paint the wood flooring. We will be on premises beginning at 6:30 AM. Thank you for your cooperation during this project. The Board of Directors meeting will be held July 11th, at 6:00 pm, at the clubhouse. See you there! 

We have recieved repeorts of induivudal AC units not working. A work order has been placed with the chiller comapny to come inspect the chiller. No specific time frame was given, but they will be out today to inspect. Thank you. 

The Board of Directors will be meeting on Wednesday the 29th of May at 630AM at the community clubhouse. This brief meeting is to discuss upcoming projects within the community.   

  Attention! Repairs are in process which requires the chiller to be down. Originally it was anticipated to be down for approximately 3-4 hours. Due to the complexity of the repair, that time frame has increased. We will keep you posted via email should the time continue to be extended. Thank you for your patience and understanding.   Attention ~ Coyote Sightings! There were 2 coyotes spotted in the front and back of Monterra this morning (Monday, April 22nd). This is a reminder to keep your pets on a leash and to dispose of trash immediately, do not leave on doorstep. Your Board of Directors
